The personal information that the members of Steven Academy provided it during their membership registration and their other interactions with the Academy shall be retained in the Academy’s database following their use for their intended purpose for a fixed duration of time, as defined by the internal policies and privacy protection requirements of the governing laws and regulations, before their erasure. During the time of the information’s retention, they must not be used for any purpose other than retention.
② Erasure Method
All personal member information in the print format shall be destroyed with the use of a shredder, or through incineration, and all personal information in the electronic-file format shall be permanently erased (cannot be reproduced) by technical means.
F. Member and Court-appointed Representative Rights
The members and their court-appointed representatives may access or modify their concerned and registered member profiles and may request at any time that their concerned membership be terminated.
